The Navigator Foundation, Inc. exists to stand beside veterans and their families as they navigate the systems, paperwork, and programs meant to support them. We create agentic tools and leverage data and community ratings to help you find the resource best suited to your need.
The problem veterans face
For many veterans, transitioning from military service to civilian life means entering a maze of forms, agencies, and organizations. There are benefits, services, and programs designed to help — yet they can be scattered, confusing, and hard to access.
Too often, veterans are left to navigate this alone. They may not know what they are eligible for, where to start, or who to trust. As a result, critical support goes unused, and the burden of finding help falls on those who may already be carrying invisible wounds.
Our approach: we provide you with a GUIDE, not just another service
Navigator Foundation, Inc. was built to solve one of the most persistent and underexamined problems in veteran services: veterans cannot find the help they have earned. We believe that no veteran should have to fight through red tape to access basic care, stability, and opportunity.
Instead of adding one more program to an already crowded landscape, we operate the Veteran Resource Navigator — a free, publicly accessible, community-rated directory of verified organizations serving veterans, transitioning service members, military families, and caregivers. No login. No cost. Just crowd-sourced feedback.
Every organization on the Navigator has been curated against a documented standard: verified operational status, live accessible programs, and demonstrable impact. Community ratings and comments from veterans who have actually used these organizations give you honest feedback from the field.
The Navigator also applies the CHIPS Framework — a needs-based taxonomy that organizes organizations by what veterans actually need (Community, Help, Identity, Purpose, Safety). Because a veteran doesn’t always know what kind of program they need. They just know they need help.

Navigator Foundation, Inc. is Florida incorporated nonprofit pending 501(c)(3) designation. Our work is mission-driven, not profit-driven. Every decision we make is guided by a single question: Does this help veterans get the support they have earned?
